This a family favorite!

1 Box Graham Crackers
1 8oz. Frozen Cool Whip
2 pkgs. Instant French Vanilla Pudding

Butter a 13 X 9 X 2 pan. Line w/graham crackers edge to edge.
Blend 3 1/2 cups milk to pudding mix. Add cool whip.

Pour 1/2 over crackers. Lay more crackers. Add other 1/2 pudding mix. Lay more crackers.

FROSTING:

2 pkgs. Nestle Liquid Chocolate
2 t. Corn Syrup
1 t. Vanilla
3 T. Butter
1 1/2 C. Confectioners Sugar
2 T. Milk

Blend above ingredients, spread over crackers.

Chill in frig for 24-48 hours.
